Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
2. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
3. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
4. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
5. Screen candidate's resumes and job applications
6. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
7. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
8. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices as indicated
