About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make arrangements for campus placements
2. Manage company tie-ups/industry collaboration
3. Identify, research and liaise with and visit companies and organizations for potential placement opportunities
4. Monitor all aspects of student placements
5. Work on end-to-end recruitment cycle
6. Screen candidates from ATS (application tracking system), follow up with the offered candidates
7. Work on research & survey on a few critical HR initiatives
