About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
2. Help onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
3. Organize team bonding activities to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
4. Maintain employee records and assist in general HR administrative tasks.
5. Support the development of HR policies and performance management initiatives.
6. Provide assistance with employee engagement and handle HR queries.
