About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in posting job openings on job boards, social media platforms, and the company website.
2. Screen resumes and support the initial candidate shortlisting process.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Prepare interview schedules and manage candidate communications.
5. Maintain employee records and update HR databases with accurate information.
6. Track employee attendance and leave records.
7. Support the HR team in preparing various employee-related reports.
