Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on recruitment
2. Working on job portals & social networking sites.
3. Working on CV shortlisting of candidates
4. Arranging telephonic & face-to-face interviews
5. Working on HR administration
6. Working on pre-joining and post-joining documentation
7. Maintaining employee records
8. Working on induction and onboarding
9. Opening employee bank accounts
10. Explaining do s and don t s
11. Helping employees with their issues and providing required information on time
12. Drafting all letters
13. Preparing monthly attendance reports
14. Handling full and final settlements

16. Working on retention management.
17. Working on new policy formation and implementation
18. Working on payroll management
19. Handling salary processing
20. Handling statutory compliance
