Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reviewing resumes and applications
2. Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
3. Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions
4. Maintaining HR records such as those related to compensation, leaves, etc.
5. Implementing performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations)
6. Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them
7. Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers
8. Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
