About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support implementing recruitment strategy and drive the recruitment and selection process right from sourcing to hiring
2. Create a database of candidates and a pipeline for potential candidates
3. Onboard new employees effectively into the Pi Jam system in collaboration with managers
4. Maintain various HR dashboards - recruitment, exit, new joinee checklist
5. Support in creating retention analysis and exit analysis
6. Stay connected to employees using different forums and constantly check in with managers about their team members
7. Participate and engage actively in other initiatives planned by the team
