About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding the requirements and deliver qualified candidates
2. Sourcing, identifying, and screening potential candidates for contract openings
3. Taking interviews of prospective candidates and educate candidates on the processes
4. Negotiating compensation/salary, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants
5. Submitting qualified candidates to open positions/job requirements
6. Coordinating and scheduling the interview process with the hiring manager
7. Meeting or exceeding weekly goal expectations
8. Ensuring effective use of internal systems/database for recording different stages in the recruitment process
9. Managing the joining formalities
10. Coordinating the induction process
