Job description
We are looking for an HR professional to recruit the new and best talent for our rapidly growing organization. You should have a sharp eye while you check on resumes and lead meetings in the human resource department. As a Human Resource Recruiter, your duties include planning and sourcing candidates. You should build a strong employer brand for our company.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with headhunters to hire and retain the top best talent.
2. Screen resumes and job application forms.
3. Help to structure the job description.
4. Assist Hiring Managers to conduct interviews.
5. Interview job candidates via calls and conduct on-site interviews.
6. Coordinate with the management and corporate recruiters to find out the details of staffing requirements.
7. Be active with online job boards, social media networks, and platforms to find qualified candidates for open positions.
8. Respond to internal as well as external customers and ensure that the staffing objectives are accomplished.
9. Serve as a bridge with work organizations, affiliations, and agencies.
10. Conduct post-employment surveys on firing representatives.
11. Stay up to date with knowledge of HR via educational opportunities, maintain personal networks and professional publications.

Other requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field.
2. Excellent knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
3. Experience in developing and implementing recruitment plans and strategies.
4. Strong understanding of HR functions, methods, strategies, procedures, and policies.
5. Familiar with sourcing techniques.
6. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
7. Outstanding knowledge of referral programs.
8. Proficiency in MS Office.
9. Exceptional record-keeping skills.
10. Good time management skills.
11. Strong oral and written communication skills.
