Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by reviewing resumes, screening candidates, managing interview schedules, and communicating with potential hires
2. Help facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new employees by guiding them through necessary paperwork, orientations, and initial training sessions
3. Collaborate with the HR team to assist in resolving employee inquiries, addressing workplace concerns, and maintaining employee records to ensure smooth operations
4. Provide administrative support in tasks such as benefits administration, performance reviews, and maintaining HR documentation, ensuring everything is up to date and well-organized
5. Contribute to the execution of various HR projects and initiatives, learning about HR best practices while making tangible contributions to the company's growth
