About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Recruit interns for field works primarily through colleges
2. Screen, interview and assess potential candidates to ensure they meet the requirements and standards
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
4. Complete the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training
5. Assign tasks and monitor the performance of selected candidates
6. Assist the management in any work related / incidental to the process
