Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience.
2. Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other professional networks.
3. Develop job descriptions and interview questions that accurately reflect the requirements for each position.
4. Identify and shortlist the most suitable talent from the available candidates.
5. Plan and coordinate interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
6. Evaluate candidates' information, including CVs, portfolios, and references.
7. Maintain an up-to-date resume bank, categorized by location, position, experience, etc.
8. Provide timely feedback to candidates.
