Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting initial phone interviews to screen candidates for basic qualifications and fit
2. Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared
3. Sharing rejection emails with candidates who do not meet the job requirements
4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of applicants in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
5. Ensuring all candidate information and interview feedback are properly documented
6. Assisting with other administrative tasks related to the recruitment process as needed
