1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 5th Nov'24 and 10th Dec'24
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Educational Background:
a. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. ( other field candidates are also welcome)
b. A master’s degree in Human Resources or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR, CHRP) is an advantage.

a. Freshers\Interns

a. Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees and management.
b. Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
c. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address employee concerns, manage conflicts, and recommend effective solutions.
d. Attention to Detail:Strong accuracy in handling records, payroll, compliance documents, and other data-sensitive tasks.
4. Interpersonal and Behavioral Traits:
a. Empathy and Confidentiality:Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
b. Adaptability: Openness to change and eagerness to embrace new HR practices, tools, and strategies.
