Human Resources (HR) Internship

Your roles and responsibilities:
- Work with the HR Operations team to understand the current engagements and provide quantitative and qualitative analyses to support the objectives of assigned projects, including incorporating market and industry research and data, as appropriate
- Complete assigned project activities with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate & present complex quantitative & qualitative analysis by telling a story with the data in a clear and practical manner.
- Understand the business requirement and provide data driven solutions

Who you are:
- Pursuing Post Graduation in Business Analytics/ Data Analytics and/or HR
- Familiarity with data analysis tools, modelling, and statistical analysis e.g. Tableau, Python, etc.
- Strong Skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel with Advanced Excel capabilities
- Ideal candidate understands the power of data and the limitations of both analytic models and human gut experience and presents data in a meaningful and insightful way
- Ability to research, analyze, and incorporate HR industry standards and external benchmarks to solving business challenge.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required, with the ability to develop & deliver presentations that showcase data-driven recommendations and actionable insights to all levels of management.
