About the internship

As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Jeevika Enterprises, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. You will work closely with our HR team to support various functions such as recruitment, sourcing & data entry. Your English proficiency in both spoken and written communication will be essential in effectively interacting with candidates and assisting with documentation. Proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-Word will be beneficial for data entry and report generation. Additionally, knowledge of Canva will be advantageous for creating visually appealing HR materials.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Source candidates for bulk hiring as well as clients for our resume making services via calls, messages & social media marketing.
3. Maintain candidate records and update HR databases with new information.
4. Assist with training and development programs by coordinating sessions and tracking employee progress.
5. Meet the daily targets & deadlines for the line-ups of candidates.
6. Generate reports using MS-Excel to analyze HR metrics and trends.
7. Create visually appealing fliers and materials using Canva for various HR initiatives.

Overall, this internship will provide you with valuable HR experience and the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 750 per candidate after their completion of 3 months in their selected company.).
