Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding the job requirement & description, screening parameters, and client s business
2. Sourcing resumes from various online/offline tools through new & innovative ways
3. Providing communication to potential candidates with employer information and benefits on call and processing their resumes
4. Performing phone interviews with candidates for the role before recommending candidate profiles to reporting manager
5. Sharing the vacancy details to candidates before sharing the profile with the account manager and following up on acknowledgment of such email
6. Ensuring delivery of assignments with quality resumes within set TAT (turn around time)
7. Scheduling interviews of shortlisted candidates upon receipt of feedback from the client on resumes shared and coordinated accordingly
8. Performing reference and background checks and when required, following which documentation process shall be processed
9. Staying well connected with the shortlisted/selected candidates and making them comfortable
10. Preparing the MIS reports as per company requirements
