Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for current and future job openings
2. Develop and maintain relationships with employees
3. Utilize job boards, social media, and other means to source candidates
4. Ensure recruitment processes are managed in compliance with legal requirements and company policies
5. Keep track of recruitment metrics and create reports
6. Develop recruitment strategies and best practices to ensure recruitment goals are met
7. Support other recruitment initiatives, such as onboarding and employee development
