Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

3. Help coordinate and organize employee training and development programs.
4. Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.

6. Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company.
7. Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and initiatives as needed.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per candidate join ).
