HR interns are required to perform various tasks ranging from administrative tasks to more in-depth projects.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment, including posting job ads and conducting initial interviews
2. Help onboard new employees and ensure proper documentation is completed
3. Manage KEKA HIRE database
4. Work on follow-ups and manage employee benefit program
5. Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as filing and data entry
6. Provide support to the HR manager
Skills & Requirements:
1. Hard and soft skills are needed to work with existing employees and complete assigned tasks effectively
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Good organizational and time-management skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint Presentation
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed
