Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process - screen candidate resumes for current resource requirements, schedule and confirm interviews with candidates, follow up with candidates during the end-to-end recruitment process via phone and email, maintain trackers related to recruitment
2. Assist in implementing and coordinating HR policies and procedures
3. Create reports on the HR-related process when required
4. Assist with and execute the onboarding process for new joiners
5. Organize company events for employee engagement
6. Work on social media content for internal and external purposes
7. Use the HRMS to perform various day to day HRM activities

3. are available for duration of 4 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Thane, Mumbai and neighboring cities
