Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
2. Develop and maintain job descriptions, ensuring they accurately reflect the required skills and experience.
3. Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
4. Provide support to employees with HR-related issues, such as benefits, payroll, and performance management.
5. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Conduct HR audits and investigations, as needed.
7. Stay up-to-date on current HR trends and best practices.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective implementation of HR initiatives.
