As a Human Resources (HR) intern at UdaipurBlog, you will have the exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in Acting Audition while supporting our team in various HR functions. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews
2. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documentation and facilitating orientation sessions
3. Assisting with employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities and events
4. Supporting the performance management process by collecting feedback and assisting with performance reviews
5. Assisting with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and updating HR systems
6. Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company guidelines
7. Collaborating with team members on special projects and initiatives to support the overall HR strategy
