Our NGO helps in providing education & healthcare to Delhi's marginalized people. It is a youth club formed by the youth of the nation, the basic motto of which is social service. Besides the main motto, the basic idea of such a formation is to help each and every human being who needs help.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
2. Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR executives
3. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
4. Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes
5. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
6. Coordinate the communication with candidates and schedule their interviews
7. Conduct initial orientation of newly hired employees
