We at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited are looking for a human resource intern for the central CoE talent, learning, young talent, and organizational effectiveness team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Supporting talent processes like development assessment centers
2. Collating and following up on 'my development plan'
3. Supporting in learning nominations, attendance, status update, follow-up, and status report
4. Working on communications emailers including posters
5. Supporting in making an organizational effectiveness dashboard
