About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond and/or process colleague and manager moderate to complex inquiries, and requests regarding reward & recognition policies, and procedures & programs in writing or via telephone as appropriate using the agreed upon knowledge article, or processes, and their tier-2 level of expertise
2. Create and utilize standard processes, and or knowledge articles to respond consistently to reward & recognition inquiries
3. Execute the cyclic reward activities such as processing of bonus & annual review analysis and benchmarking & job evaluations
4. Help our team to implement solutions and advise PBPs, & the business with interpretation and application of reward, & recognition policies, & processes
Who can apply

1. are available for the part time job/internship

2. can start the part time job/internship between 19th Jun'20 and 24th Jul'20

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Candidates having a degree in business/economics, HR management or any other related field

2. Candidates having previous internship experience in a similar position would be preferred

3. Must have strong communication and negotiation skills (both written and verbal)

4. Must have the ability to effectively solve problems and make decisions

5. Must have listening skills as well as the ability to understand people's background and motives

6. Must have the ability to present information and bargain with employees & managers from different levels

7. Must have experience in labour economics
