About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with recruitment by finding and hiring qualified applicants for job openings
2. Post job ads to attract potential candidates
3. Search for candidates through various sourcing methods
4. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
5. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
6. Interview candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability
7. Select the most suitable candidate for the role
8. Make job offers and negotiate terms if needed
9. Maintain candidate databases for future reference
10. Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the organization
11. Provide administrative support for HR functions
12. Implement the Exit (F&F) policy to ensure proper offboarding processes

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. Possess strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to listen actively, make decisions, solve problems, and manage teams and various priorities

2. Hold a relevant educational background, with a bachelor's degree, master's degree, or MBA in human resources (or a related field); candidates currently pursuing these qualifications will also be considered

Note: Accept the stipend structure as follows:
1. Receive Rs. 10,000.00 per month if an undergraduate candidate or in the first year of studies
2. Receive Rs. 11,000.00 per month if an undergraduate candidate or in the second year of studies
3. Receive Rs. 12,000.00 per month if an undergraduate candidate or in the third year of studies
4. Receive Rs. 13,000.00 per month if a postgraduate candidate (or has already completed graduation) or in the first year of studies (M.B.A/P.G.D.M)
5. Receive Rs. 14,000.00 per month if a postgraduate candidate or in the second year of studies (M.B.A/P.G.D.M)
6. Receive Rs. 15,000.00 per month if already completed P.G

Note: The candidates who are currently pursuing their studies must submit the NOC received from their college to join this internship
