We are looking for an HR to undertake a variety of HR & administrative duties from maintaining our employee database to posting job ads. An important part of your role will be to create policies, processes, reporting formats for employees of different departments and communicate these Policies, processes and reporting formats to software development team.
Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
2. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
3. Handle staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.
4. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
5. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
6. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews

Added requirements
1. HR degree with an experience of 1 or 2 years
2. Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
3. Basic knowledge of labor laws
4. Excellent organizational skills
