About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on structured mapping
2. Handle networking
3. Source for portals and social media
4. Work on pre-screening the candidates
5. Schedule interviews and meetings
6. Prepare referrals
7. Engage with candidates till they join
8. Update the BH
9. Independently work on mid-level roles start to end
10. Engage the client and junior level and generate repeat business
11. Maintain MIS reports, mapping sheets and trackers
