About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Screening resumes through web portals (preferably Naukri or Hirist), professional, and social networking sites
2. Sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates to create a relevant shortlist of candidates
3. Preparing MIS and maintaining databases
4. Understanding technical requirements of open positions and line up a pool of qualified resources and matching profiles on technical grounds
5. Handling pre-interview and post-interview follow-up with the candidates, business, and leaders
