1. Leading a team of 5-7 interns working in the recruitment department
2. Conducting daily internal meetings and taking updates from the team about vacancies, allocation of vacancies, monitoring of working hours, and performance of the team members
3. Attending daily presentation meetings and monitoring daily presentations by other team members
4. Coordinating with clients to understand the requirement, sharing the MoU, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews
5. Negotiating with candidates for joining with clients
6. Working on being a part of weekly online events, curating the event, and conducting meetings with other associate team leaders
7. Making weekly performance reports of learning and work progress of team members
8. Preparing and giving induction program presentations and training on various tools
9. Helping team members to understand the vacancies and job postings on various portals
10. Monitoring the work of team members on various portals
11. Taking HR interviews along with technical experts
Additional Information:
Stipend amount ( 10,000- 15,000Lump sum) will depend on the qualifications. It will vary for graduates and MBA's.
