About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make cold calls
2. Take follow-ups with clients
3. Maintain the database
4. Create strategies to increase the conversion rate of clients
5. Create tie-ups for manpower outsourcing

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per deal ).

Note: This is an incentive-based internship. Incentives range from Rs. 4000-8000 depending upon the performance. A detailed incentive structure would be explained after the on-boarding of the intern.
