About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Use social media networks to look for and connect with potential candidates
2. Interact with professionals on niche platforms
3. Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position's requirements
5. Enter candidate information in our system and maintain databases
6. Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential candidates
