Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand job requirements and source candidates for jobs from different sources
2. Work on screening candidates and submitting their profiles to hiring managers or clients HR departments after convincing candidates for the job and the company
3. Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates and follow up until they are selected or rejected
