Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Obtain and record HR information and manage the HR database
2. Coordinate the hiring cycle and assist the company employees with enrolment
procedures and HR-related issues
3. Create and maintain the human resource operations
4. Conduct all new-hire orientations
5. Manage HR records, including resumes, applicant logs, and employee forms
6. Coordinate the entire hiring cycle for interns, part-time and full-time employees
7. Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc.
8. Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture,
ensuring it stays positive and productive
9. Work on regularly meeting with employees for progress reviews and assessments, and discuss any problems or grievances they may have
10. Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management
11. Perform any other duties assigned
