About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing candidates through various channels (job portals, professional networks etc.)

2. Conducting screening interviews of potential candidates for further rounds.

3. Coordinating with the HR manager & Department Heads to arrange interviews with the shortlisted candidates.

4. Rolling out the offer letter after the necessary reference checks.

5. Conducting new employee orientation.

6. Maintaining various databases & records such as employee records, and applicant databases.
