About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding the requirements for different profiles
2. Working on telephonic screening of the profiles
3. Scheduling and conducting interviews of the candidates as specified
4. Maintaining candidate's database properly

Other requirements

1. MBA (HR) completed or pursuing
