About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supporting in managing the recruitment and selection process
2. Managing and updating specific employee details and trackers
3. Contacting new hires pre-joining to ensure minimum offer dropouts, ensuring joining kits are sent, and maintaining a database
4. Handling employee connect calls post onboarding
5. Supporting in implementing employee engagement programs
6. Support in releasing employee communication
