Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Carrying out an extensive search of candidate profiles through the internet, referrals and available databases like job portals, headhunting, social media platforms and through various types of references
2. Working on sourcing and screening of CVs with the help of skill requirements according to the job specification
3. Being responsible for organizing and scheduling Interviews of candidates
4. Managing the strategy development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets
5. Working on continuous follow-ups with candidates to get their interviews done and until their date of joining
6. Working on ensuring that the allotted number of positions are closed within the turn-around-time
