About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Shortlisting the best candidates from job portals and taking ownership of the hiring game
2. Working directly and learning with the CEO and GrowthOps personnel in designing and executing programs to ensure that capability and capacity requirements are met before-time
3. Working on micro-culture initiatives towards building the win-win-win culture at the company has adopted that it is the tiny things that matter the most
4. Working with the CEO and CTO to build a robust and automated system for things that can save your time - for example, integrating the tests system with Google Sheets so that all data can come to one place automatically
5. Carrying high ownership in ensuring everything HR-related is taken care of without much involvement of the management

This is a minimum 7 months to a maximum 15 months internship. Your initial stipend will be set to 2.5k; your stipend will increase with time between a range of 0 - 2.5k every 3 months of internship depending on whether you acquire the necessary skillsets as a reward for your dedication. This will increase to a max limit of Rs. 12.5k/month.

Keynotes about this internship:

1. This is an advanced, full-time, WFA (work-from-anywhere), 9 hours per day (inclusive of up to 45 mins break time), weekday-based internship at KraftPixel
2. It has a progressively increasing stipend that starts with 2.5k/month and goes up to 7.5k/month progressively as you dedicate, grow, and progress.
3. Internship is a minimum of 6 months and can be extended to a max of 15 months along with an increasing stipend.
