Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include supporting & executing various live projects across domains like talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning & organizational development, employer branding, employee onboarding, HR operations, etc.

1. Completed their master's degree in 2020/2021 with specialization in HR/industrial psychology/labor law
2. Proficient in MS Office applications like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
3. Excellent in business communication, interpersonal skills, project and stakeholder management
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
5. Should be available for full-time internship (Monday to Friday)
6. A laptop & a stable WiFi connection should be available for the internship period
