We are looking for an enthusiastic human resources (HR) intern for a 1-week unpaid internship in our organization. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for HR.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting the HR team in recruitment activities and employee onboarding
2. Liaising with different departments to ensure compliance with HR policies
3. Collecting, reviewing, and maintaining employee documents
4. Generating reports and tracking metrics related to performance, attendance, and other HR-related activities
5. Supporting HR staff in administrative and operational tasks such as scheduling meetings
