Looking for interns from tier 2/3 colleges with good communication skills for an exciting learning opportunity to understand and support in the execution of the end-to-end employee recruitment and employee engagement. You will be working directly with the talent acquisition team and HR Business Partners to ensure timely execution of the recruitment process.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Screening and shortlisting profiles as per requirements
2. Scheduling and coordinating interviews with stakeholders
3. Working on feedback collation and discussion with HRBPs
4. Working on the collection of relevant documents for offer closures
5. Handling the candidate engagement until joining
6. Working on monthly employee recognition event
Working hours: 10-7 PM
