About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Overlook recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff.
- Taking the hired profiles through on-boarding process.
- Assist in building an exceptional company culture, a place where people would love to join and stay.
- Undertake people tasks, identify the needs of the people and set processes that benefit both the company and its people.
- Create and maintain great relationships with key personnel.
- Understand employee problems and being the glue that holds the company together.
- To look after Payroll process, attendance etc.
- Work on being a leader and actively engage in company affairs and help the company grow.
