Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Position : Human Resource - Recruitment - Internship
Location : Navi Mumbai (Work From Office) - Onsite


Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and recruit prospective candidates using a variety of channels
2. Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
3. Conduct confidential interviews, checking references and credit
4. Research into clients' companies, competitors and marketplace
5. Create map role criteria, define position description and document specifications
6. Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries

Office Time 9.30am am to 6.30pm - Monday to Friday
Rewards : 1500 PM Stipend + Performance Variable Pay - 2K on every selection post joining of the candidate (on receipt of payment from client)
