About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Creating role clarity documents
2. Getting people for the roles by getting their interviews scheduled
3. Getting the interview documented
4. Doing their attitude skill & knowledge ask analysis
5. Shortlisting the candidates after the interview
6. Creating their training WhatsApp group, Introducing the company and the employee
7. Mentioning expectations of their delivery
8. Creating employee engagement activities weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly
9. Getting the R&R done regularly
10. Measuring, reporting & reviewing their performance on a daily basis
11. Identifying & facilitating training as per the gap identified as per the ASK (attitude skill knowledge) of the role V/S performance and measure the same
12. Creating performance orientation/enhancement/ improvement/sustainability programs for the joining/top/bottom 20% and middle 60% of the employees

Requirements:

1. Should be open to learning new concepts, strategies, change, and developments
2. Must be committed for 5 working hours minimum for the day
3. Need to have a 'can do, will do' attitude always
4. Should be balanced between compassion and tough love for employees
5. Should be open for feedback on improvement ongoing basis
