L&D project: Driving development

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include preparing a department-wise dashboard that is to be shared with each HOD that depicts the following:

1. Trainings attended vs nominated
2. Pending training for employees in the department
3. Flagging of employees who have not attended any trainings
4. L&D MIS reports capturing attendance/nominated vs pending employees
5. Driving of mandatory training completion
