Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the talent acquisition team with hiring needs
2. Proactively identifying and building a pipeline for open and future roles at Spottabl
3. Assisting in the end to end recruitment
4. Developing passive and active candidate relationship management strategies and providing a best-in-class candidate experience
5. Managing end-to-end recruiting process, creating and implementing recruiting strategies
6. Providing a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout the recruitment process
7. Sharing manager feedback and appropriately dispositing all candidates
