About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing candidates from different platforms/portals, viz. Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, Facebook, etc.
2. Interviewing/screening Level 1 for further fitment
3. Calling/emailing/texting candidates, lining them for interviews and following up
4. Maintaining database
5. Working closely with the HOD and reporting
