About the work from home job/internship

Requirements for intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Creating and executing multi-channel strategies to source candidates that meet client profiles and/or building talent pools for current and future engagements
2. Following for recruitment delivery
3. Using competency interviewing to identify and differentiating candidates in the presentation and shortlisting process
4. Working on candidate relationship management
5. Communicating position opportunity and client value proposition
